Aircraft Squawk Sheet


Date discrepancy was observed or reported
Time discrepancy was observed
Provide a detailed description of the issue or problem encountered. This should include any abnormal behaviors, malfunctions, or other anomalies observed by the flight crew or ground personnel.
Specify the phase of flight during which the discrepancy occurred, such as taxi, takeoff, climb, cruise, descent, or landing. This information helps identify any patterns related to specific flight conditions.
Identify the aircraft system or component that is affected by the discrepancy. This can include the avionics, flight controls, engines, electrical systems, or any other relevant area.
Describe any actions taken by the flight crew to mitigate or address the issue. This may include resetting systems, using alternate procedures, or engaging backup systems.
Note any relevant conditions, such as weather conditions, flight maneuvers, or abnormal system indications, that may have contributed to or are associated with the discrepancy.
